Services. Ghostex Enterprises provides Personal Chef Services, Lawn Care, Pressure Washing, Junk Removal, Carpentry, Metal Fabrication, Graphic Design Services, Recycling and related services. Service descriptions on the Site are for general informational purposes; specific scope, pricing, and timelines are confirmed in writing prior to engagement.

Account Conduct. Information you provide must be accurate. You must keep any login credentials private and report unauthorized use immediately.

Forbidden Use. Do not (i) break any law via the Site; (ii) interfere with operations; (iii) scrape or copy content; (iv) transmit harmful code; or (v) misrepresent yourself.

Ownership. Ghostex Enterprises (or its licensors) owns all Site content, including text, images, branding, and code. Reproduction without consent is prohibited.

Billing. Service prices are quoted in writing before work begins. Payment terms appear on your service agreement, which controls any refund eligibility.

Termination. Ghostex Enterprises may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or for any other reason.

Service Disclaimer. The Site and its content are made available without warranties of any kind. Ghostex Enterprises does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access.

Limitation of Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ghostex Enterprises's aggregate liability arising from these Terms or your use of the Site is limited to the amount you paid Ghostex Enterprises in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Hold Harmless. You will indemnify Ghostex Enterprises against losses arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Site, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

Choice of Law. SC law governs these Terms. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of SC, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.

Term Changes. Ghostex Enterprises may modify these Terms at any time. Updates take effect upon posting on this Site, and continued use is deemed acceptance.
